JOCKlish is a handmade handbag business specialising in original, high-quality bags made with care and creativity. All products are made in-house and reflect a personal touch of our brand.

Each product is handmade, and therefore, slight variations in colour, texture, or design may occur. By purchasing you acknowledge and accept these unique characteristics.

3. Custom Orders

Customisation (e.g., hardware, colour, fabrics) are final once confirmed. No changes or cancellations will be accepted after confirmation.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full before dispatch. We accept payments through PayPal, Square Pay and Apple pay. 

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of payment. Estimated delivery times will vary depending on location. We are not responsible for delays due to postal or customs issues.

Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we only accept returns for defective or incorrect items. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Refunds (excluding shipping fees) will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Items must be unused and in original condition.
