All orders are dispatched within 2 working days and dispatched using Royal Mail 48. Your order should be expected to arrive within 3-5 working day.* (Not including Made to Order items, an estimated dispatch will be given).

Shipping to the United Kingdom - £2.99, orders over £25 qualify for free shipping. 

We ship to Highlands, Islands, Jersey and Guernsey at no extra charge.

Yes! If you wish to send an item back to JOCKlish you can within 30 days and receive a full refund. The item must be in its original packaging. Once the item is returned back to us and processed, a refund will be issued within 5 working days.

Custom orders are exempt from being returned - as they are on an 'Only buy it if you like it' agreement, we do not take deposits for custom items - a listing will be made for your item, reserved with your name, if it is not purchased within 30 working days it will be offered for sale to the general public.

Yes! We can adjust any of the designs you see, for example - a different colour lining or an extra pocket just email us at customerservices@jocklish.co.uk leaving your contact details and we will do our best to create your dream item. A price will be given during email conversations, ensuring that all your specifications are included.

Made to order item will be listed on the website after construction. Please check current waiting times on our home page. An estimated date for completion will be given once the design has been confirmed.
