We can adjust any of the designs you see, for example - a different colour lining or an extra pocket just email us at customerservices@jocklish,co,uk leaving your contact details and we will do our best to create your dream item. A price will be given during communications, ensuring that all your specifications are included.

Made to order item will be listed after construction. Please check current waiting times on our home page. An estimated date for completion will be given once the design has been confirmed.

Unfortunately, no, custom orders are placed on the waiting list, an estimated date of completion will be given during the communications stage. If you see a bag you love on ETSY it is already been created to show customers varying colourways and styles, once purchased it will be dispatched within 3 working days

All overseas purchases are subject to a standard flat rate worldwide shipping fee of £9.95.

We will notify you once the item has been shipped with an estimated arrival time as per your region, estimated by Royal Mail or Mail Courier.

After a custom made item is completed, order are dispatched within 3 working days and dispatched using Royal Mail 48. Your order should be expected to arrive within 3-5 working day.* You will be notified when the order has been sent and updated accordingly.

Shipping to the United Kingdom - £2.99, orders over £25 qualify for free shipping. 

We ship to Highlands, Islands, Jersey and Guernsey at no extra charge.

We do not currently offer a free returns due to being a small business, return postage will be at the buyers cost at this time.

Custom orders are exempt from being returned - as they are on an 'Only buy it if you like it' agreement, we do not take deposits for custom items - a listing will be made for your item, reserved with your name, if it is not purchased within 30 working days it will be offered for sale to the general public.
